I’ve been serving and leading on church production teams for almost 20 years. My first love was behind an audio console and spent years working with bands, production companies, and churches of all sizes. Somewhere along the way, I realized how many churches are doing their best with limited gear, tight budgets, and volunteers just trying to keep up. I knew I had to help.

These days, I offer coaching, consulting, and integration guidance to help churches build smarter systems, train their teams, and make gear decisions with confidence. No pressure, no overcomplicating things. Just real help from someone who’s been in the booth too.
